With the company expanding towards B&Bs, Divya plays a major role in improving it’s rating and adding more value to the customers. Lloyd Anthony Butler – Head of Sales

Passionate, hardworking and results-driven, Lloyd is a charismatic natural when it comes to business development.

Lloyd combines an in-depth knowledge of the construction sector, having studied construction management at University and enhanced further during a stint at the family business at the beginning of his career – with extensive commercial expertise, accumulated while working with a number of leading global brands.

As a result, he’s ideally positioned to lead the Seed business development team. As a former professional football player, you can rely on Lloyd to reach your end goal.

Colin Harper-Penman – Architect

An architect since 2005, Colin’s area of expertise is in providing professional design services to private clients, creating and re-designing their homes.

While studying for his degree at the University of Portsmouth and his diploma at Oxford Brookes University, Colin launched his own company, – Blue & Belle Ltd. As a result, he was able to develop his skills further by offering design and build solutions for high end refurbishments in central London.

Four years later Colin decided to follow his true passion and build his own property business, using his exceptional architectural skills to his advantage and creating even better returns. In 2014 Colin started Fabrik Property Group which he ran for two years before becoming part of Seed Property Consultants.

Outside of Seed, Colin has a young family and commits all his spare time to them. Looking to the future, he’s happy to be part of a company that changes people’s lives.

Inesa Domracevaite – Office Manager

With over 7 years of experience in client care and management, Inesa is a valuable member of the team. She acts as the glue between the various business units ensuring a seamless flow of activity, encompassing everything from diary management right through to on-site coordination. Her warm and approachable style of engagement with everyone ensures she is very popular with anyone who comes into contact with her.

Kate Wakefield – Consultant

Kate has a wealth of knowledge in property investment and consultancy and has been building her own property business since 2012. Kate has also spent the last three years helping others take charge of their lives by helping them build their own property business’, this includes helping people not only in the UK but also Asia and parts of Scandinavia.

She has had a wealth of experience in life through living and working in the US and Egypt and other parts of the world and most recently managing a team of 42 staff across five locations in the South West. Kate is passionate about helping others and has huge energy and attention to detail.

Kashif Ashgar – Head of Acquisitions

Kash has 15 years experience in property and land acquisitions as well as development. A successful investor he has built up his own portfolio and previously worked for a Private equity firm before joining us as our Head of Acquisitions. A dealmaker with great instinct and a talented communicator, he has has a passion for doing ‘a deal’ and still gets a buzz however big or small.

Himat Varsani – Investment Analyst

Himat is highly knowledgeable in property investment and has nearly 10 years experience in building sustainable property businesses.

Previously Himat worked as an insurance broker and was in this industry. In 2012 Himat decided to follow his true passion of property investment full time and since then has been building his own portfolio whilst increasing his knowledge and expertise, this means he can offer an excellent insight into the world of property.

He has an exceptional eye for deal analysis and is able to identify property opportunities that deliver the best and safest returns. He has an incredibly warm personality and has the ability to build great relationships with people easily.

His energy and passion about properties and people is infectious and he always goes the extra mile to deliver exemplary levels of service to clients.

Priya Putta

Priya is the Head of our Ashford and Maidstone wing and has gone a long way from being a homemaker with two children, to a very successful property investor, landlord, source and partner.

Priya is a very courteous and passionate person, whose main aim is to build wealth by helping others build their portfolio through her passion for finding and investing in properties.

Her family in India, are leading exporters of fabric, which contributes to her hard work, dedication, ability and business acumen.

She is such an asset to our team and takes a great initiative in the company’s growth, which is evident in project management, during refurbishments and renovations.

Raju Lakshman

Raj is originally an IT contractor, although, he was doing well at his profession, Raj has a great passion for properties in his blood. His grandfather and father were big landlords, as a child, he has visited building sites and was fascinated to see huge buildings built by brick by brick.

He followed his passion and built his portfolio and replaced his IT consulting income within two years. Now, he helps others to achieve their freedom through his passion.

Raj is always looking for the next new strategy to leverage properties and applies his IT expertise to improve, innovate and systemise property investments.

Deva Jeganathan – CEO and Founder

Deva Jeganathan, is a self-made millionaire, serial entrepreneur, international public speaker and coach. He is one of the UK’s trusted consultants for Investors. Being a Professional Property investor and landlord, he manages multi-businesses and provide Location consultancy service for investors in Medway towns, Kent, Reading and London.

Before entering the property world he was a senior manager for a corporate company. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from India and came to UK in 2003 to pursue MBA in Marketing. During the study, he learned the simple principles for success and determined the common elements that contributed towards that success. With his childhood passion for property and his burning desire to succeed he bought his first property soon after, using credit cards to bridge finance the deposit of a mortgage. After quickly renting it at a profit, he bought a second. The rest is history.
